Classes start at 5:00 pm
 
 Registration on site starting at 4pm.
*VF students requiring a school horse MUST pre-register.  
Please bring your own food and drinks, as a food booth will not be available.

 1)  Lead Line (for children 8 and under).

 2)  Walk-Trot Equitation (may not enter class 4 or 5)

 3)  Walk-Trot Pleasure (may not enter class 4 or 5)

 4)  Walk-Trot-Canter Equitation.
 5)  Walk-Trot-Canter Pleasure. 

 6)  Itty-Bitty Jumpers 1 (max 2’)

 7)  Itty-Bitty Jumpers 2 (max 2’)

 8)  Puddle Jumpers 1 (max 2’3”)

 9)  Puddle Jumpers 2 (max 2’3”)

 10)  Intro Jumpers 1 (max 2’6”)

 11)  Intro Jumpers 2 (max 2’6”)

RULES

bulletAll classes are $15
bulletShows will be run by USEF rules
bulletASTM Approved helmets MUST be worn while mounted.
bullet Attire: Casual… Boots, Britches, Polo shirts acceptable. No jackets.
bulletSix ribbons will be awarded per class.
bulletThere will be a $25.00 charge on returned checks.
bulletDOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES.
bullet Judge’s decisions are final in all classes.

 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Equitation classes are on the flat.

Class 1 of all jumper classes: The first round is not timed. Clear rounds will continue riding onto jump-off fences. Jump off fences are timed.

Class 2 of all Jumper classes:  TBD

Games Class  varies, details will be posted at Sec booth

Gambler’s choice – Riders have 45 seconds to jump as many jumps they can. Each individual jump can only be jumped once from each direction. Jumps will have points value. If a jump is knocked down, no points will be given and jump cannot be jumped again. At the end of the 45 seconds, a tone will sound and the rider can choose to jump a “joker fence”.
